I got a employment verification call.  I called in and they helped me with getting back on track with my late child support payments.  They treated me pretty good.

I had my concerns regarding this company. Their name is National Processing and Management, as well as they work for Beacon portfolio Management. Their number is 888-737-8441. THIS COMPANY IS LEGITIMATE! I back tracked my account from the original company to them. I am posting this so that anyone who reads this forum will know they should respond to this company. They were not rude with me, they were very helpful actually. The woman I spoke with was Danielle Valdez. If you are concerned about their legitimacy call the company you originally had the account with, get the account number and follow the trail of creditors because likely the account has been sold numerous times. Why does it seem that danilew89 is a fake commenter???

These folks called my mother looking for me and after she forwarded their number to me i called it and it was a disconnected number. didnt seem legit at all.

My mom, my sister-in-law and my partner received and still receiving numerous calls from this number which is showing up as UNKNOWN or NO NUMBER on our landlines and cellphone.  They kept leaving a message to call them back about a certain person that we do not know.  We alerady told them to stop calling us but still doing it.

Kept calling regarding an account with Wachovia Bank; they gave me last 4 digits of my SSN; it is not me and I never had an account with Wachovia Bank. This guy didn't like the fact that I was as rude as he was so he threatened to have my phone number "bombed" and hung up. Called back. This time, after not being able to get my name right, I rudely told him he should know it by now. (Funny: they can be as rude as they please but hang up if YOU are rude. Punks and thugs are like that.) He said "with a name like yours, no wonder you don't pay your bills" and hung up. I have an unusual last name. I called back again and got someone else who was polite and had my name removed from their list. Asked to speak to James’ supervisor. This guy said he would speak to James but I told  him that was not good enough. He then said "do you know what will happen if you keep calling this number?" I said “are you going to threaten me?” He said that was not a threat but he would not tell just what was going to happen if I kept calling. I know their business is legal (they buy debts then try to collect) but their TACTICS are not legal. I AM NOT DONE WITH THEM.
