I also recieved a call from this number. Sounded like a scam to me.

Received a call from this number that went to voice mail since I was on a call. The man stated that the call was intended for me, and was in regard to an urgent legal matter, to possibly include the filing of a lawsuit. The guy said his name was Aaron Waters, and he gave me a file number for reference. When I attempted to call back the line was never picked up and the call terminated after approximately 10 rings. I have no issues outstanding at this time, so I have to think this was a bogus call.

Person from this number called my son and said they had tried to come to my house regarding a legal matter and for me to call them. Had a case number. Bogus caller

Said his name was Michael Bruce and this was a legal matter with possible action to be brought against me and wished me luck. 8/4/15.
Said his name was George Bergaglio and the same message as MB and If I had any questions to call them directly.
8/5/15. And it was time-sensitive and urgent matter.
Maybe, I will call tomorrow and make them identify themselves, and this urgent legal matter before giving out any personal info. They already have my phone number, I wonder what else they know.

This is a scam according to Atty Gen Office.   Have called my phone then my local community people.   I am going through atty general office to file suit.

You might be able to file a complaint with the State Attorney General, but they will not represent you in a civil suit against this firm.  You will need to obtain your own consumer lawyer to do file a suit.
