I bought on line and at local JoAnn Fabric and picked up at store which charged my account $253.82 which is what I ordered on line and paid for .  While in store I bought in store $79.63 of product  My Account When I got home had another charge on it with it representing JOANN FABRIC and the 888-793-4120 Ohio   Charged $223.63 on my card.  I called the number not JOANN but a recording wanting to know if I was over 60 and I hung up.   Called The local store and was told to go online and send an email to Customer Support.   Getting so you cant even order onlline at the local store and pickup curbside/instore at Cheyenne Store Apparently there is a spammer attached to the store online register as that was the last instore purchase and it was followed by another charge on my account with JOANN FABRIC OH and the 888-739-4120 kind of spammer attached to their register.

Contacted Lifelock with the info as well.

I wanted a refund for an order I did not receive.  I called the number listed on the charge, 888-739-4120, on my bank account.  Recording about a life alert item.  What???  Now I have to go to the store to get the refund.  What a mess

Same shenanigans over a year later.

I ordered 2 orders & 2 hours later had 2 more charges on my account that i did not place, when i called the number for Joanns it was a medical alert,

I placed an online order with Joann Fabrics on 11/17/22.  The purchase price was drafted from my bank account but the package was not received.  When I called the number for Joann Fabrics customer service  888-739-4120  I got a recording about insurance.  That's when I knew that I had been scammed.  Now I will have to alert my bank about this fraudulent charge on my account.

was charged $44 dollars for an order that i placed through the app. an was then charged an extra $38 with this number in the description of the transaction

rcvd a  call from 888-739-4120, selling medical alerts.  I hung up.  A week later, I got a charge on my account from "JOANN STORES" and the phone number.  I called and it was the same robo call.  I am getting a new credit card.  Fourth one this year.

I had to cancel my credit card since this number is associated to Joannes online popup credit card entry for online sales.......don't be fooled......they will add additional charges to your order.
