I got a call from this number.  They were all Indian (but American Names).  I talked to "Luke Snyder".  They had all of my account information for one of my credit cards.  Had the information verbatum, when I paid my last payment, min payment, next payment date, etc.  They told me they were with FIA Credit Services offering a permanent rate reduction on my Visa and MC's that were held with FIA.  Said that for a $1299 fee on my credit card, they said they could offer a permanent interest rate reduction on all my cards with FIA.  I called my credit card company to verify that this service existed.  They sent me to the fraud department saying that this is a phishing job.  I contacted the 1888 number back and got a hodge podge of unprofessional service.  When I could get through, I got a guy that answered "Hello", not "Hi, I'm so and so with Member Card Services" or anything that resembled a professional organization.  They hung up on my at least 3 times.  

Now, how did they get my account info?  I used this card on Playstation Network--that was just hacked (their system).  So, watch your activity if you have used your card on their network.

I felt duped!!!  Now just P'd off!!!!

This company hacked into some system and got my credit card info, they then called saying that a purchase that I acutally did make is with a company that is no longer in business.  They said they were going to help me at a lower cost than the company I orginally made the purchase from.  I called the company that I actually did business with and they are still in business, they preformed the service as I expected.  The company that was calling trying to get me to buy something else was super unprofessional and definetly a scam of some sort.  When I call I get hung up on or put on hold forever and ever.  Do not do business with these scam artist! (they had thick indian accents)
