This is SecureidLock.  They just took $24.95 from my bank account on 9/24/14.

I went to  http://secureidlock.com/terms.php and clicked on billing questions.  It asked for my email address and it brought up an agreement that I supposedly signed on 9/18/14 via HelpfulFunds.com.  Looking at the form, it has an IP address that is not mine, and never has been.  I checked my browser history, and it only shows that I visited the two websites today, but never before.  My name is also spelled wrong.

I am closing my bank account.  I also filed a complaint with the BBB and the FTC.  They have other complaints against them at the BBB.  http://www.bbb.org/west-florida/business-revi ... mpa-fl-90146731
