It's a shame they will get away with this stuff.  I spoke to a memeber of Canada's law enforcement and they investigating it.  The more complaints they have the better.  The issue is these people are covering their tracks pretty good and I'm afraid they won't get caught.  Just knowing that these people can do this there is not telling what else they can do.  It worries me to think they have all my personal information and I have no clue who they are.  Something has to be done and done ASAP!!  Everyone please keep giving great information about this company and let's pull together and try and stop this from happening to someone else.  I was in debt before but now I just can't bounce back from all of this.  My family's Christmas will be small and I was depending on that money to help out with medical bills because I'm pregnant.  

I know someone contacted Money Gram....what can they do?  Who is the person you wired the money to?  Please let me know and make sure you keep all of your documenation.

I contacted Money Gram and all they will do is take the information and then they will send it over to the fraud department in attempt to launch an investigation.  The more complaints the better.  Please call them if you used Money Gram to wire the funds.  PLEAES EVERYONE...WE NEED TO STOP THEM NOW BEFORE ANYONE ELSE GETS CAUGHT UP!!!!!!

Someone said they were actually located in canada. I sent my money gram there to a person named Steven Peterson. Has any one else heard of that name?

Oh Paula... I am so sorry! I can totally relate... my daughter will be 1 the day after Christmas. I was on maternity leave the beginning of this year and two weeks before I was suppose to go back to work I panicked about putting her in daycare and letting someone else raise her so I found a night job making quit a bit less then me previous job. Things have been spiraling out of control for several months now and we needed this money to consolidate out debt and pay for Christmas. Luckily we have amazing family and friends that are helping us out in anyway they can but it sucks really bad to have to depend on someone like this. I feel like a big stupid loser and can't believe I fell for something like this.

Don't worry things will get better and once we are all on the other side of this horrible mess we can look back and remember the very expensive lesson we learned... you can't trust anyone! Sad but true!

Here is a bazaar coincidence... my Mom's purse was stolen & my Grandpa's house was burglarized & this happens to me all with in the last two weeks... crime is at an all time high in my family! Merry [***] Christmas... right?

yes celina kiser call my with the ofer off a personal loan for 10.000 en exchange i have to send her 2,020.00 for them to aprove my loan,but the call againg asking for more money 1,500.00 more,but i stop and ask for my monet back that was went i cut not get in touch with them no more.i hope some body stop this people ,so they no due the samething to someone else.

I sent my money to Stephan Childs.  When they asked me for more I told her "NO!!!" and I wanted my money back.  Celina in her sweet little voice explained they had a refund policy and I was to be refunded between the 15th and 20th of the month (which at that time was November).  These people are going to have a wonderful Christmas thanks to us.

Look everyone, there are so many companies out here trying to pull this same thing. A company National Trust Financial called and stated they approved me for $5k and all I needed to do was pay 4 months in advance then they would fund me.  I immediately told them NO THANKS!!!!!!!!!!  Be careful!!!!!!!!!

So I have made contact! I noticed there was no way for anyone to search for Southern California Financial and find any real information about the company... so I am a member of babycenter.com cause I am a new mom and I posted a tread on one of their news groups and now when you search Southern California Financial you can find my warning about the company!!! I am so happy I could scream!!! If I could have searched for this long ago I could have stopped my self from putting in the additonal $1600 they requested! I know its not much but its a hell of allot better then nothing! Someone already contacted me saying they were scamed too!

I am SO GLAD I found this site. I have never had to put up money for a loan and I spoke with Jennifer Lowe , she has 2 numbers 1-888-751-8136 and 1-877-728-9695 EX 909. I just spoke with her and thought she did say they were with the BBB. But ok? I need to send her 2021.40 for $10,000.00 loan and in 6 months I would get it back due to it shows good faith that i paid 6 months of payments in advance but would get it back in 6 months.

Yall I been ripped off so much . I am glad I found this , I was actually considering doing this.

i spend lots of times calling 1-888-751-8136 to get the refund of my money that i put for security deposit but and till now haven't get my money back yet. Can someone help me to get my money back. I was really frustrated about this. Can someone tell me where to find her and sue her if possible.

I HAVE BEEN RECENTLY HIT WITH THIS SCAM I SENT 2,954.84. I AM A MOTHER OF FOUR SMALL CHILDREN. I ENDED UP USING MY VISA DEBIT CARD TO PAY FOR THE MONEYGRAM TO A JOSEPH RUTHERS FOR A 20,000 DOLLAR LOAN FROM A JENNIFER LOWE. WITH THAT BEING SAID AND READING ALL THE POSTINGS I CONTACTED MY BANK AND THEY WILL BE RECOVERING THE FUNDS FOR ME. SO I FEEL LUCKY IN SOME WAYS BUT I WILL INDEED CONTACT WESTERN UNION AND COMPLAIN TO ADD MY COMPLAINT TO THE LIST. BUT MY BANK WILL PURSUE THIS MATTER TO RECOVER THOSE FUNDS. IF THERE IS ANYONE ELSE THAT DID IT THIS WAY I SUGGEST YOU CONTACT YOUR BANK.
