Meant to reply to this esrlier...About a month ago my nephew got this letter from c3workshop. But the funny thing is, he's 26 and already long graduated. More than likely this is a scam trying to use your kid or relative whom is about to enter college, so they can con you out of your money. Buyer beware, hopefully the authorities nab these people.

Also received a letter but listed as "Right C3, LLC" with this same telephone number, saying they want my child to show up for "an interview" to hook them up with colleges that will completely pay for their college education, no return address or company name on the outside envelope and no mailing address anywhere in the letter, also feel that it is a S-C-A-M.

Yes!  And, I'll bet they ask for a deposit or credit card number or s.s.number!  If so, They are truly Scum!

Received a piece of mail with a reservation number for my future college bound student.
First of all I don't have any kids - and if I did they sure wouldn't be college age.
Called this phone number and gave them my reservation number - only to find out it must have been a mess up.
What the hell is that - what kind of mess up??!! Screw them - I'm tired of receiving junk mail and unwanted phone calls from butt rims!!

2 calls blocked last week from these scammers. I went to their workshop which was at a local Holiday Inn and feigned interest then  at the end when they tried to convince people to pay 1200.00 I told the little wimp he was running a scam. He told me to F off he was doing nothing illegal.Still several gullible and stupid people paid but that is they're problem. Most people walked out. I ramped it up and he backed down like the wuss he was. I also told Holiday Inn Corporate  that C3 workshop was a scam. They googled it and did not disagree. Lots of complaints about this college financial aid scam.

My spouse received a letter from this same Company today - C3 Workshop. Letter was addressed to him For the College Bound Student of his...funny thing, my spouse and I are in our 70's and our youngest child is 43! Only one granddaughter and she's in the USNavy.  I am sure that this is a scam letter and 3 yrs later this is still circulating through the mail?  Why can't people like this be caught and stopped?  I hope no one will fall for this fake letter!

Get these scam letters every year..lots and lots of negative reviews about these scammers. Yelp, Google, Yahoo, Pissed consumer, and many other sites. They should be shut down and jailed by the feds because they are total frauds

I received the same thing. This was a mess up, too. Didn't even have the persons name right. No one by the name at this address.

Right C3 LLC Garbage. Received a letter addressed to "the parents of ________(fictional child name).  They had my last name and address, however, the student name was just pure farce. They provided a reservation number and an appointment time and date. For what? They tried to make their letterhead look legitimate with a little academic-looking marble pillars thing... Found them out in about 1 minute with a simple Google search. Plenty of complaints about their so called "legal" scam. It's too bad that we must assume that so much of our mail and so many of our phone calls are scammers trying to rip us off.  They still manage hurt way too many trusting,  gullible folks. Like to see law enforcement deal with these evil [***] in a meaningful, decisive way.

Scammers they only got to get your money

Received letter for my child.  They should send these scams letters sooner.  He's already applied to college.  Lots of places to find free information, including college websites.
