Did anybody else have international transfer fees post on their account on the day of the other fradulent postings? I cannot figure out why in the world I would have international transfer fees.. I certainly didnt transfer money internationally!

AHHHH! So, after being on hold for 27 minutes, someone finally answered the phone. I got mouthy with the woman on the phone (which I never do... I feel awful about it) and she told me she would refund the money and let her supervisor know my complaints. Come to find out, apparently they had signed us up for some identity theft protection too. After arguing with the supervisor, he "did me a favor" and refunded the 39.95. If you call, make sure you let them know that they want nothing to do with their services and that if they dont refund the money, you will be filing a complaint with your bank and that your bank will refund the money and come looking to them for retribution. Also, just on principal, mention that you want the 1.95 refunded too (since you never actually get a CD). I forgot to ask for that back, but I'm not getting on the phone for another half an hour for 1.95.

I am not getting calls but there are charges on my credit card.  Iam getting this number from a listing called Online Information for $9.95.  And I have another one pending.

Took $39.95 out of my on-line account.  I never use on line banking for anything. This happened Saturday May 16th. Checked my account on Sunday from my telephone.

This phone number showed up on my bank online account and took $39.95.  I have no idea who this is. How did thay get my Check Card # to do this. Please help.

Just had the same thing happen to me.  I've had 3 charges, 39.95, 12.95 and 9.95.  Does anyone know how to connect these people??

I got a charge of $39.95 on my bank account.All I know is that I ordered a small package form a this website for $1.5. I have called my bank and dispute the charge and cancelled my card.

Apparently this is a scam being worked from different angles.  I had the 9.95 & 39.95 charges show up and wiated the 25 minutes on hold before talking to someone.  Mine came from a $2 DVD on how to make money at home using Google.  Just thought everyone should know it's more than grants and Ebay that's taking the money.

Hi, The same thing happened to me and it's Ebay.  I ordered their CD for their success system and it's a scam.  My bank is M&T and they found it out for me. They're are thousands of complaints out there

Go to your bank file a dispute and they will give you back all your money its ebay

I too have been scammed!!  However, when calling that number, no one has answered yet.  But I will continue until I have been reimbursed!!!  Just a note though, My bank said they would not accept the dispute.

Also,  when one is on these sites and one does give card info, one does not get confirmation of sccessful transactions, which contributes to one making several efforts to make a successful transaction;  Therein lies the dilemma of..........GETTING DUPED!!!!!!!!!!!!

AUUURRRRGGG - they got me too. I signed up for the $2.50 infor pack and have lost $39.95 and $9.95 so far - and no info pack. Tahr be a scam a going on.

my husband ordered a free trail about grants for free on a 3 day trail period.  all he had to pay was 1.95 for s&h. on the third day after order they charged 39.95.  he still has not rcvd cd 8 days later. plus intl fees are being charged. he called on the third day and said have not rcvd do not want refund me.  they said o.k. they did and then took right back out. called today told them he didn't want it. wanted money back. the guy asked if he could talk, my husband said yes. the guy was insisting that my husband receive cd.  when he gets home i'm going to try. if it works i'll let you know

This just happened to me also. I sat on hold for 57 minutes and got nothing!

my wife responded to an online offer (not a call) and signed up for the 1.95 pack. same story...3 days later $39.95 charged. here's a trick that might work for you... if you have a phone (or a cell phone that doesn't charge by the minute) that has speakerphone - dial the number and stay on hold while you do other things. this is how i finally got through and after arguing for a considerable length of time was promised a refund. they claim that they send you an email offer for a program and give you 3 days to call and cancel. when i pressed himon what the program was or WHERE was it he didnt have much of an answer. they will tell you they can cancel but there are no refunds...ask for a supervisor.

I called my bank immediately and she cancelled my debit card so no more charges could be taken out.  Then she said to come to the bank and file a complaint.  She has heard about these characters.  I hope you get your money back also.  Sounds like I will.  Good luck! Scammmers are bad people.

i got several charges to my account with in 2 weeks of my e-bay success system i got charges as low as .06 1.20 9.95 39.95 i have bank of america  on my online acc it shows who it is or so they say floral store but i got a call from them befor i got the charges and couldnt talk at the time but here is a #1 800 405 8582 X1047 Matt is the person you will get he says it is ebay they r a outside company to make the report of ur success the total of all checkcard debt 52.00. bank of america is investigating will post when i here
