That sounds like a threat of arrest...which I think is illegal. I hope you can report them to the police because I believe that threatening arrest is illegal unless they actually intend on doing that...and not paying a debt is not something a debt collector can arrest you for. Sounds like utter BS to me.

I just got a call from this phone number (888-771-3277). When I googled the number I found this website. Ive never even heard of First Financial and have had NO business with ANY company by that name so why they're calling my mobile phone I have no idea but I have blocked their number so it will just go to voicemail from now on. They didnt even leave a voicemail the first time so it must not be that important. I dont answer numbers that I dont know anyway...especially 800 type numbers.

The Northland Group (" http://www.northlandgroup.com ") calls from this number - a ruthless bill collector company who ignores state and federal law. Report them to the FCC and the BBB.
