I got a call from this number 888-771-3375 on my cell a recording said this is a agency to help collect the national debit it is our purpose to do only that and any information obtain  I am on the do not call list with my cell numbers and my home phone No one ever came on the phone I don't appreciate getting a call that has no bearing on me on my cell using my minutes because they are looking for some one it isn't me they are looking for

It is a bill collector looking for the person that owned this number before.

The call is from First Financial, a company that bills itself as a debt collection agency!  Had to return the call to find out.  BTW Verizon has a call blocking option you can subscribe to.

I have gotten constant hang ups as soon as I  answer the phone. *69 reveals this number is where they originate from
