If these scam artist  people keep calling my business/home trying to steal infomation & identity. I will find out the location & put a bullet in someones head !!!

ANy follow-up on this? They keep harring me and I'm in Texas.

i did the same thing and get the same response. they are truely morons who have no idea what they are doing.

they called my business cell with their bs line.
if you want to give them some payback.   set your fax machine to call their number to tie up their line for a couple of hours.   be sure and use *67 at the beginning of their number to block your caller ID.   their is nothing
they can do about it.  the phone co. will not do anything about it even if they call and com-plane about it.

I received a unkow call on my way home from work, stating I needed to call 8887729119 as for its a pending b & e gave me a case number.  I saved the v/mail and stopped at my local police department and played the v/mail to them.  We called them back on speaker from the police station.  Of course the man that answered and lied and said no one from there office would leave that kind of message.  A report was made and again today, I received a call to be home beteeen 2-4 to be served.  Needless to say I'm not home but the local
Police are going to patrol my home.  They seem to think its a possible break in set up.  Iwill post what happens!

this company has called me over and over again I have answered in pick up their responses when talking to the gentleman they collect my information hang up and call me again this is not a debt collection agency this is information gathering agency when I call them and ask them to give me the name of the company they just answer the phone as the corporation I ask a gentleman to give me an address to this corporation so I can send a letter so I can be taken off of their call list which the customer service representative said that I will not be removed off of the gentleman refuse and kept refusing to give me the address just wanted to know my name in my social security number without knowing who I am I calling or who's calling in again please watch out for this number and if they call you report them

Got a call from 888 772 9119, harassing me. How do I go about stopping it?

These people keep calling my work even though I've told them I'm going to get fired, and even though I've spoken to their "owner" in California. He assured me that he was taking my work number off the database but I got another call at work yesterday. They are violating so many Fair Trade rules it's ridiculous, but I need it to stop. Please help.

Send them a certified letter with return receipt requested demanding they stop calling and communicate with you in writing only. This is your right under the FDCPA. If they continue calling after you have proof they received your letter, you can take them to court.

My sister got a call from Frank Morgan from number 888-772-9119 stating that he is preparing some legal documentation and is getting it ready to serve me with the papers. She didn't give any information out. He also called and left a message on my grandmothers answering machine and the message for me, my uncle and my grandfather who passed away a year ago today saying that he was going to serve us with legal papers. These creeps need to be STOPPED.
