Called stated final attempted to collect debit.  When call back it went to a   voice mail.  He left a massage they are going to  send demand letter to job and home.  He Only gave case# & another phone numer of 404=975=0069, called that number answer machine came on.   Left VM asked the name of company they are representing.  He sent me a text stating  this will be final notice and will escalate further.  Never received information on the company he stating I owed. He called himself Jared.

Received a voicemail from an automated system stating that I need to contact them. I call them back, no one answers. I answer their call, no one says anything. Company name is ACR.

Got a call from 404.418.7448 (Cell service has it listed as Scam Likely so I ignored it.) They left a message.. "Due to the serious delinquency on this account, the status has been accelerated. If you feel this is an error or we have contacted the wrong party contact us @ 888.775.2885. Otherwise certified documentation will be sent to the address on record and will require your signature."

I called both numbers and they claim to be American Credit Resolution. They asked me to verify last 4 of the SSN, DOB, and address they have on file (I did NOT volunteer this info.) but all that matched were my name & cell number.

Have also gotten the exact same message (4 of them) from 404.975.0069..

I do not trust these people.
