This was the number given to me buy a Lowes Rep. for Appliance repair service, under warranty.

This is a Lowes contracted provider who calls to check on home service repair satisfaction performed by Lowes. The problem is that the caller ID says "Caller Unavailable."  In our case we block the call. No matter how many times you tell them to use a caller ID name they will not do it. We once had a blind dog missing two legs and a tail that was smarter than this crew.  Set your telephone to black list this number.

I called to see what was going on about a washer i purchased the girl over talked most of what i had to say & cut me totally off by directing me  to another person this guy comes out with some type of slang word like i was his best  BUD!
NO PROFESSIONALISM
Had all incorrect info. calling me some other person's name basically arguing with him regarding statements he stated which took place which never took place & stating i canceled a home service repair visit!!!?????????
Then i get his SUPERVISOR/ this guy goy grapes for brains as stating one thing then controdicing his statment and stating something else calling me some other guys name as the first guy telling me i made a appoint with a company i never talk with or too .telling me my warrenty was not active any longer // i had machice for 3 weeks i had a 30 day with store & manufactirers warrty this was just purchased bran new  but he's stating because i paid for it on 5th no matter if i had to wait the machine warrty was no longer good i told him i paid for it and waited 3 weeks to get it and warrenty was to start when i got it not day it was purchased he's stated no it when you buy it i am like ????? he's telling me i canceled a appointment that was never made as the company never called me to set it up & then stated both service provider's stated they refused to go to my location to service item// how could they call? to cancel appt. when no appt was made. & why would they call them to cancel if i call service provider to not come i was cancelling // only call i received was from a girl asking me if the service provider had called to set up a appointment and that was day 3 of waiting for a call of 4 day & no call of service provider.
I called store of where i bought item from and asst store manger took over & wondered if the 1888 number was even there in body knew they were not their in mind thay was obvious. so far every thing look good . will do follow up but i just wonder why Lowes has this 1888 number as they seem to be a wasted // waste of money & time as no documents correct & info ?? whats that!!!LMAO!! WHAT A WASTED BUNCH & WASTED TIME
