they called all day and said that my brother had 1 hour to call them back or he was going to court in califorina, we cussed this guy out and he kept tellin us to behave lol he said he was going to get us for phone harassment. we kept asking to speak to a manager and he kept saying he was over the whole building and everytime we would call he would try to act like someone else. the number is 1-888-775-9456 he said his name was glenn strickland from pr and associates he said his direct line is 714 316 2659 he also used mr parker at one time people BEWARE!!!!!

They are [***] smigma....( That nasty ballsac dirt that hangs on balls when they are not washed frequently) . Be carful they will try to get you to recall your SS # to them then they have your identy  they tried to do that with me. I have filed a complaint with the fair trade commission and with our states attorneys office. I also called told them the address they were calling from and told them I was in the process of having background checks run on as many of thier emplyoees as I could find and ad that to the FTC complaint letter too. This is a California based company( I am fairly sure) whos ceo did time in Jail for extortion.Bring that up to them the next time they call you and tell them Andy says Hi...trust me they will remember me. lol

This is a collection company that was trying to collect a 9 year old credit card debt. Statute of limitations had expired.... Do not let them that they will sue you or any of the other [***] tactics these [***] use

April 2012 -Caller identified himself as calling on behalf of PR & Associates Residential Services.  He was asking if this was my sons address, which it isn't.    He wants my sons address.    I asked why, and he said he had court paperwork that needed to be sent to him.  I asked him in what regard.    He would not say and calls every day giving me his phone number and case file number.   I told him unless he can give me the particulars, I can't help him.   He gets nastier every day and I will be hanging up on him as soon as I hear his voice from now on.   I told him to quite calling me or I am going to report him - I am not the party he is seeking.   I have to laugh - I am 67 years old and he begins " I TOLD YOU".  Maybe he just got off the teenie- ager boat or maybe in these hard times, he is just trying to put food on the table.  I actually feel bad for him LOL.  My kid hasn't been at this number for 20 years !  <<<<<   HANG UP IF THEY CALL YOU :) GIVE NO INFORMATION.  >>>>>>>

For Karen yea i did as well how or what employee would i be able to file a report on? because i had received a msg on my phone called back then went to some guy asked if i knew where my friend could be located to provide important information told him i didnt know and asked how they got my num then the call was lost due to my signal

Got a call from a person who's number showed up on my phone as unavailable. Caller claimed to be a process server and gave me this number to call with a reference number I should use and ask for Mr. Ledger. When I called this number, Mr Ledger claimed a credit card company was going to sue me for $8,000.00 unless I made arrangements to pay $300.00 per month through his company since his company was a debt collection agency acting for alleged credit card company. I told Mr. Ledger I would need some time to take care of this and hung up and went streight to internet to google his phone number. Seems Mr Ledger is a thief trying to pray on senior citizens. The credit card company he claimed I owed, is no company I ever did business with. I suggest anyone who gets a call from this number, should hang up......

I got a phone call from this number, The guy did not identify himself. He asked to talk to _____ (a female relative of mine).  I said she didn't live here. He then wanted to know her phone number and address. I refused, since he refused to identify who he was. He then asked if I could get a message to her. I said "maybe". He then said he was from PR Associates and had to talk to her about a legal matter and left 888-775-9456 number to call.

I contacted my relative and she knew nothing about it. We both looked online and found all sorts of nasty stuff about this "company".

Since I am on the do not call list and I have never done business with this company, I reported their number.

Got another phone call from this same guy asking to speak to the same female relative of mine. I said you called me yesterday. He said he had not (!@#$ LIAR!!). I said you work for PR & Associates and he said he did. I told someone already callled yesterday. The person did not live here and I hung up.

Third day in a row that I call from PR & Associates. This time the person said his name was Tim Nelson. This time he used the number 714-922-9480. He still wanted personal information about a female relative of mine. This was recorded on my answering machine. He was really stupid! He didn't get his phone hung up all the way, so my answering machine recorded his conversation after he thought he hung up. You could hear him paging thru papers. Then he said that SUCKER wasn't home" on the third try. I will try this one next.

Mr. Strickland called my work place today using these same tactics. Told me it was none of my business how he came up with a minimum payment on a debt that was already charged off. He gave me 24 hours for my lawyer to contact him. Claimed I was going to be served and had the process server call first. There is no pending court case. This guy said he was recording me so he can use it in court (claimed I had a bad attitude). How do I file a complaint?????

Oh dear, these guys just called for me at my job and asked for the HR dept. or me and said to call the 1-714-316-2659 phone # for PR, Inc and that they were ready to serve me papers. And that if I did not call a.s.a.p that they would be serving me papers at my work. I have no money to pay them and do not know if this is legitamate or not!

They are scammers in London, Ontario calling. Been to police and attorney for help. FBI is now going to have to get involved. These are sickos. I have phone block and have now got a tracer installed. They are going to get caught. Watch out or it's time for you to run. I am going to help put these slimes away and feel awesome about it!!!!!!!

Omg this company Has been calling me for over two months now he leaves his name as  Edward Price saying that there's a court case and there are  legal documents that he needs to be served.  he's Gonna have the Police Department come to my house..is this legal and who can I report them too..ps it's a bill that I have paid off 3 years ago.  This guy is a scumbag.

Thanks Andy, these people have been harrassing me for the last couple of years. I just got off the phone with them, they claim they are on their way to my job to serve me. I told them to come on, I be waiting!!

If there scamming people the courts should do something about them

John called from PR associates today and they keep asking for my Son. Said to call him back today! The return phone number was 714-922-9480, I have caller ID on my TV screen and do not answer who I do not know! Keep trying John! good luck.
