- Jeff| 4 replieshe says he works with card services and that he wants to lowering credit card payments
- I wonder too replies to JeffI got the same call too. She said the are MCS (Mutual Consolidated Savings) out of Tacoma, WA. I can sheck their website, check out the BBB.org website AND if I'm interested to call their "Florida" office 888-782-1132. BUT my question...am I really calling MCS (who by the way while they have a B+ rating on BBB.org they are "not BBB accredited"
Yes MCS is a company...but the phone number 888-782-1132 may not be to whom they say they are??????? - curiousI to have had a call from this number. I became quite curious when they started asking very specific questions about good standing, credit limit and availablity. I was not comfortable giving that info to a telemarketer. So are they for real or are they a scam to get your info and maxx out your credit cards?
- Caller: MCS

- Where is port st lucie? replies to Jeff| 2 repliesI recieved a call today from an automated system today and went along with it., Infact gave the idiot little girl a false non working credit card. She tried everything to get a card in good standings. she stated i needed to show a balance and credit of atleast 800 or higher to qualify for the program. What is that crap I asked her. she said its part of the qualification. She also wanted to verfy that my card hadnt expired. I had to make a list of all she wanted so I could report fraud. While i was giving her false information she stated that the companys name was mutual consolidated savings and the head office was in Tacoma washington and there office was base out of port st lucie florida? Does any one know where that is? I kept her on the phone for sometime trying to get as much information as possible. The number she gave me was 888-782-1132. I did some research on MCS and found BAD claims. mcs ='s SCAM. They go by another # that you can look for. Thank you Tanya for all the information you have given me.
- Becky replies to Where is port st lucie?| 1 replyIt sounds here like at least the girl was being honest with you. I used to work as a telemarketer before i got my certification and it was not an easy task. I have too received these calls and have also spoken with that girl. She was very polite and understood my reasons for not wanting to give my card number. After some research i called her back, went through the program and have received a lot of money in savings. I know these people may sound crazy when they call you but I gave that poor girl a shot and look at where I am now!!! My interest rates are at 3.9% and my savings totaled out to be about 4,500 dollars (give or take).
- suspicious replies to BeckyAh, you were the lucky one --- are you for real? Maybe you are the designated person from the company claiming to have a possitive experience to give anyone reading your story false hopes.
- suspiciousWell, after talking to a very nice account representative named Robert, I wasn't quite sure I should get involved in their program. Decided to research their website ( www.mcsprograms.com ), but it would connect. So, I Googled the the name and came up with Mutual Consolidated Savings. Check their BBB.org report -- Their rating was F. The list of complaints was a mile long. Their office is in Tacoma, WA. Guess they setup a new office in Florida? There was one thing they can be trusted for, that is that they have been in business for 12 yrs Since June 1988. Gee, almost 13 yrs. Anyway, I know enough to stay away from this company.
- Former employee| 1 replyBelieve it or not folks I used to work for mcs.
Yes they are a real company and yes they did have an F rating
but its all because of a few technocalities with the BBB.
I can tell you that they can be trusted however.
Their cervice is a little slow which can scare off a few customers
but they do accomplish what they set out to do.
When i started workin for them, I was just as sceptical as any customer.
What I did to test the credability of the company for myself was give my personal # to every customer i spoke with and asked them to call me if anything should go wrong or if they felt they were ripped off. I never got a call from anyone. My advice is, if you are in a large amout of bebt this program is something you should think about.- Caller: MCS
- Call type: Telemarketer
- telemarketers-r-scum? replies to Former employee"Technocality"? "Cervice"? "Credability"
Yeah as an illiterate you sound highly trustworthy even if say you don't work there anymore -- but if you don't why do you care?
Love these shill posts from illiterate telemarketer morons (oh sorry that's redundant!). SCAMMMER.
