these people call me day and night and from 2 different numbers. they are wasting their time. i live in an apartment and don't want a mortgage. they call from 888 788 7306 and from 714 913 9600. Can someone tell them that when they use names that are supposed to disguise their identity they need to use good English like UNAVAILABLE, not INAVAILABLE.

Carrington Fails in contacting there customers. Mybe i should go change my phone numbers..and let them deal with there bot calling thingy

This is my mortgage company.  I have missed ONE payment in the five years I've been with them and now they are calling me a dozen times a day, even on Sundays. I missed the January payment for this year and they ASSURE me the calls will continue until it is made. They're a pain!

Please Stop these useless calls.

Calls every morning at exactly 8:05.  Just say Hello, then hang up.

I've received several phone calls from this number to my cell phone - up to 6 in a day. I don't know who it is or what they want, but I want it to stop immediately, if not sooner.

Since we closed escrow (nearly one year ago) both my wife and I have received numerous harassment phone calls (on our cell phones)  from Carrington Mortgage Debt Collectors. Fact of the matter is that we have never missed a payment, been late or been close to being late at any given time. Earlier today CMDC called me on my cell from a blocked number after attempting to call me three times earlier from the 888 788-7306 number. Upon verifying my address, since i wouldn't give up my social, they told me we were a month behind on our payments because my wife told them we needed the money for medical reasons on May 1st 2013. A conversation that never took place. Then they tried to get me to write a check on the spot and told me they were going to report this incident to the credit bureau at seven oclock tonight if we didn't resolve this by that time. When I contacted my wife with this absurd story, she immediantly called Carrington and the person she spoke to assured her that our account is in good standing and that their debt collections department should not be calling us. These inconsiderate imbeciles have been calling us every  month for nearly a year now. We already have a poor opinion of this company after how they treated us during escrow. We did get our loan at a record low rate, but they treated us like criminals then and ever since. I can say with clear conscience that I would give them all water if they were drowning.

I've been getting calls from this number for about 1 or 2 months now (today is 1-30-14).  I have caller ID and never pick up.  They don't leave a message - they call about 3 times a day.  I have no idea who it's from!

We made the mistake of refinancing with these [***] and would rather live under an overpass than do it again.  Our payments are current and they have no business humping on our leg for anything.  The next caller of theirs who rings our phone gets an earful of airhorn.  They obviously have no brains to blow out anyway.

My mortgage was sold to them from Chase.
I am guessing Chase trained them well in the harassment department.
Payment is due on the 1st.
I have gotten calls on the 5th and now the 11th.
It's NOT EVEN LATE until the 16th!
If my credit wasn't shot from a crazy ex-husband I would refi any where BUT w/ this company!

Looks like those rancid robo-callers at Carrington finally took it to the limit once too often.  I just got a card in the mail announcing a class-action lawsuit and a $1,035,000 settlement for their annoying junk calls, many of which were flat-out illegal.  If they were humping on your leg too, you could be eligible for a check (cash it quick before it bounces!)  Those wishing to file a claim or needing more info should contact:

Won't stop calling

So this is a mortgage company?  I don't even have a mortgage. Now I wish I would have answered.

They are a mortgage/collection agency that attempts to collect on pending foreclosures. My mortgage was transferred to them from Chase Home Finance because I am currently in foreclosure.  This company is much more aggressive than Chase EVER was. I just let it roll to voicemail about 3X per day. They will also call your relatives and family members and tell lies to them in order to obtain information to assist in locating you.

I had to add this number along with 3 others from Carrington Mortgage services, to my blocked list due to harassing calls and I'm not even late on my payment. They are a ridiculous company and I am actually refinancing with another company today because of their TERRIBLE customer service and all these dang calls!! Not to mention they raised my payment more than it's ever been in the 6 years I've had this loan, I HATE that it was sold to them and cannot WAIT to get away from this company!! DO NOT FINANCE WITH CARRINGTON they will call you a million times a day even after you make your payment.

My Elderly mother before she died mortgaged her home with these vultures she left the house to me me and my wife made payments for years constant phone calls said they hadn't relieved the proper paperwork I assure you it was legal
we couldn't get them to talk with my wife or me and honestly the house isnt worth much but it was mom's we didn't live there so we made the decision to stop paying . Let me tell you they call us both three and four times aday .Funny how that works .these are crooks liars and I hope who runs that place gets explosive diarrhea for life.
