company Arcadia Investment Management Group robbed my father's account for another $399.00. They had called a week ago claiming to be Citizen's Bank and knew all about Pronto, said they were refunding the money and got into my father's account. They obviously got the info. to call him from Pronto Meds. I got their number from the phony wire check they sent through the bank, it goes to GIS Services and then they give you the number for this Arcadia. When I called I said "Hello" and the strange man on the other line said "Are you the one calling the police?" Very strange way to answer a phone! I said "No" I went on to explain the money stolen from my father. He asked who called my father and I made up a name to see what he would say and he fell hook, line, and sinker. He said he fired her last week! He then said that they took the money out for AIG and we would have a refund within 20 days at the most. So I called AIG and they said they have nothing to do with it that they are aware of the fraud and gave me the name of a gentleman in Loss Preventiont to call tomorrow, Douglas McKenna. I would really appreciate a call. I made a website warning people of this scam and I have had people contact me that have been scammed by Pronto also. Please feel free to call me anytime
