This number keeps calling me and leaving voice messages. They keep claiming that they have my social security number and that im on an audit list or whatever.

Trying to get to my aunt for some thing

This number is not a scam, when i called in they advised me i owed a back payday loan that i had taken out for my brother in 2008 and failed to pay on, they provided my old bank and gave me all the contract dates as well as the loan company. They worked with me to pay everything back. They are no joke.

It must be legit then Nicole since all these other people complaining of similar scams sounding the same all must be wrong:

This is the short list of problems.

They make them selves sound like they are conducting a investigation and audit, and that you are required to give a mandatory statement.  I called number to find out who they are. Bryant and Bryant & associates. I did not attempt to talk to anyone and was received automated message. They are a collection agency or claim they are, I also attempted to find information through internet search Bing and Google nothing was found. These are scam technique's to intimidate
