Any idea who? I ignore any number I don't recognize - this one never leaves a message. Robocall...

this number calls me every day, i answer it and they hang up.  i call it back and its in spanish, i am getting really mad at this. how do i stop it?

I believe it is a bill collector for an electric company.

This is a debt collector. Indianapolis Power and Light uses this company as well.

It is Virtuoso Collection Group - they do utility bill collections, mainly for Indianapolis Power and Light Company.  With me, they are were looking for someone who had my phone number at least 4 years ago.  Lakelia Eldridge, pay your damn electric bill!
