These F-n  pos  are behind this number and computer screen that will pop up on your computer screen trying to scare you into calling them, and giving them money by a bunch of lies telling you that your computer is infected, etc....Don't do it! Just hit CONTROL-ALT-DELETE and it will go away. Sadly it will crash your browser, but you can always restart it again.

Like Sam, I had a pop-up on my computer screen yesterday that said I was infected with a virus, and to call this number.  I actually had a recorded voice also tell me to call the number.  I also hit CTRL-ALT-DEL to shut it down.  I goggled the number this morning before calling.  What a scam!

Same thing happened to me - I called just to see what they would say and I was told I have a virus- to fix it would cost 300 for 3 years, 200 for 2 years and 100 for 1 year of protection/ anti virus on my computer. Such a rip off. I feel bad for people who fall for it
