called and asked for me or hubby.  said i wasn't home (i have been harrassed by indian speaking scammers alot, so I screen my calls)   when i asked if i could take a message he said no, I doing a promotion.  wouldn't tell me what company so I replied your doing a promotion and can't leave a message or tell me what company?  he said no so I said whatever and don't call back.  Hope it wasn't publisher clearing house and I won a million dollars-haha!   wonder how he got my name, considering it is on the do not call list.  hmmmmmmmmmmmm.

I answered, said nothing.  A recording started to play, then stopped.  A woman started a spiel about Charter, asked for our decision maker on telecommunications, I hung up.
