They pretends that they are from Tech Support but it is completely scam, they hacked my computer and charged me $400.00 for nothing. Beware of these scammers.

My elderly mother received a call from his number. She said her name was Jennifer and she was calling because my mom's computer had dowloaded a virus. Pretty sure this is a scam. Am continuing to investigate.

They called me on a new home phone number some guy with a accent went through the whole thing.  I played along then he wanted my security information from my computer.  I stopped he then gave me the number 702 605 4361.  If they are so in tune to my computer viruses I guess they should have known that too.  Ran my virus scan and nothing comes up.  So its BS.
