They called twice today and left no message.  Call center sales/marketing.

received a call from this number just now.  blocked it immediately as it was long distance and unidentified, as well (and this will sound odd) the phone didn't ring right.  typically its ring pause ring pause ring.  But this rang a solid 20 seconds before a pause then a 10 second ring.

It's BMO calling so they can get you to give them your money. They NEVER EVER call when you ACTUALLY need their financial help.

No talking, just hang up when phone answered.

Stop calling my number, I do not want any telemarketing from BMO MC!!!

They called every day last week while I was out. Today I answered, His name was Trevor ..he called to see if I was interested in a preapproved Mastercard .. Umm No thanks!

Did not answer. No msg.

The C ID was BMO.
She - "You're pre approved for a MC for, (a 2 second delay), $3,000.
Me - "Is this bc we just called BMO about our MC account? (which we did)
Her - ~ "No, this is, (something like) Star Direct, I got your number from BMO. We do marketing. Then I think she added for The bankS.
Me - "I'm not interested I just told you I have one.
She - went on & on about my choices.
 Me - "This is obviously unauthorized telemarketing, so good bye.".
She was still talking 5 sec later when I hung up.

I just received a similar call. Dead silence when I answered. Then a voice mumbled my first name. I said "hello" & the voice came back asking for me. I replied "speaking" & a different voice informed me she was calling from Canada Direct on behalf of BMO because I had been pre-approved. It sounded like a bunch of prerecorded clips patched together. I interrupted with "Not interested, thank you" & hung up. Unprofessional, at best...

This company is contracted by BMO to promote credit cards.  They use Artificial Intelligence!!!! You are not talking to a real human being.  Test it, and say, “are you a real human being”?

If it is a sound board then there is a human involved.

Delayed responses to simple answers such as hello and my name.  theyve been calling me daily non stop for a week. Once they asked me to start confirming my details (which they should have) I hung up.

I've been getting calls from that number for a long time, on weekdays and sometimes twice a day. I called BMO about it and I found out that you just need to go to BMO financial group website and change your subscription preferences to not receive promotions and marketing messages. It worked for me.

Called the number back and told them to please remove my number or I would contact BMO direct. The number is a call center!

Received multiple calls daily with no voicemail.  Called back and waited to speak to somebody who said she was with "Direct" something or other, on behalf of BMO (?) I explained I'd been receiving multiple calls and likely wanted to be removed from their list.  She began reading a script about it taking 14 days to take me off the list, then when I asked if this was BMO, she just talked over me, kind of said yes, then disconnected the call.  I don't know if she was just worried about repercussions since I'd asked to be removed from the list or what was happening, but when I tried to call back to understand what their business was, my number seems to be blocked.

It was about pre-approved credit cards

Has been calling my home phone non stop for weeks they never leave a message " I never answer a number I don't  know"  I may also add I have never been a member of Bmo in my life so why they call who knows.
