Number is on a postcard with a note about our recently closed mortgage.  Appears to be a scam.  Disclosure statement that it is not provided by our current lender.

Received same postcard and did not close on that date nor had a mortgage.

Postcard received, important, time sensitive matter. Asks that I call 800-794-5486
For sure this is a scam. Tip off is that the "mortgage ID#" doesn't match the one on my loan. VERY Fine print on the card says not affiliated with and loan information not provided by current lender.

I got same “postcard” today after a few weeks of my closing.
