This is our health plan selling off our information to so called survey companies.  I am seriously upset about this.
There calling from India for one.  So DO NOT acknowledge your name, when they call tell them you don't know who that person is.

The number 888-797-3605 is for DSS Research, a research firm based in Texas. They do survey research on behalf of medical providers and medical insurance plans.  You can review their website at https://www.dssresearch.com/.

Caller ID showed up as “potential spam” and they asked for me by name. I just told them they had the wrong number. I’d love to know which of my medical providers sold my cell number and information.

They called & asked for my son, who is married, LOL, the jerks.  I never give out info about my family including names, cell #, ID of "ANY KIND".  One time I got a call & they ID themselves as State police & asked for All cell # in the house.  I am glad my husband didn't know the #'s.  When I called the State police to report it, they just laughed at me and said " so, that happens all the time."  Wow, so do Not Give Any Info To Anyone Fishing for info.  Even if they have some info, they are still fishing for more.  They regrasping at straws, for more then you think.

Scammers, claimed to be calling on behalf of "your insurance provider", when I asked for the name of the insurance company all they would say is "yours". 100% scam.

Asked for me by first and last name, when I asked who was calling...he asked if I was me again. When I asked who was calling again he said "thank you have a nice day".  Strangest spam I've ever got.

The caller ID said SPH Analytics--not a company I know or have even heard of.  I let it go to voicemail.  When I checked my voicemail, all the caller kept saying was "hello? hello?"  I've blocked the number.

I've been receiving calls from this number every day for the past week - sometimes early in the a.m. (before I am awake) and late in the p.m. (after I've already fallen asleep).  Caller ID says it's potential spam, so I always send it to voice mail, but they never leave a message.

This number has called me 6 times in the past week all different times. My voicemail was full so I searched here. If it is a medical survey type thing that would match up to a few other wierd number calls I received that left a message saying they were doing a survey calling on behalf of ins provider! The amount of times they have called if its a call like that its ridiculous! Harrasment really.

Robo-caller. From the dates listed on these comments, it looks like this number is used in the first part of the year. (Feb, Mar, April, May) They probably switch to another number for a while when this number gets reported as spam. If you enter a legitimate business number into Google search, that business will appear in the results. Spam numbers aren't associated with a business because they don't want you to know who they are.
It doesn't seem like a legitimate business would hide behind unlisted numbers. This seems strange because they're asking for information about your health insurance. If your health insurance company wanted you to take a survey on their behalf, they would contact you themselves.
