Said that they had court papers that were returned to them unsigned and advised me to call to avoid further problems

I just received a call from a restricted # telling me that they tried to serve a failure to appear on me and it was returned to them.  The woman said I should call 888-803-0073 and speak with Case Manager, Robert Quinn, to get it resolved.  I told her it ha to be a scam.

Same message. Undeliverable court docs. Sure it's a scam.

Called said my name but that they were calling for my brother. Calling from “court processing service “ couldn’t deliver papers. Call attorney. Total BS call

Just called and left me a message from process center her name was Nicole said she tried to send legal documents to appear in court and for some reason documents were returned and asked me to call the attorney to avoid legal complications, called from anonymous caller, total BS be aware please scams had been all over the States trying to extract as much information as possible to defraud you.

Their number does not accept calls from blocked caller ID -- which is ironic considering that's how they called me. They claimed I owe over $15,000 to a U.S. Bank credit card. I told that I had a checking account with them from 1990-1992 but never a credit card. They gave a phone attorney business name and claimed to be in San Francisco. I called back later in the day and after looking up my case # they hung up on me.

I received the same call from a restricted number stating that I had a civil matter and if I had any ongoing disputes with anyone. I wrote the number down and they told me to ask for a Gabriel Bower attorney. This is a bunch of bull and these foolish people need to stop with these fraudulent calls..

Call from no caller if left a vm, also called a family member.

I got the exact same message 05/15/2020.

Called Friday 5/15 left a message looking for my ex-husband...Nicole...tried to serve papers...returned...to avoid further action call 888-803-0073 reference xxxxCR

Received no caller id,left voicemail, process server hired from my county Papers were returned because of wrong address and I need to call this number 888-803-0073. With case number to avoid legal action. Also called my ex-sister-in-law with the same message looking for me!!  Has to be a scam. I’m in no legal trouble and my address has been the same for yrs.

Yes, it's a scam. Real process servers don't call in advance. Block and ignore such calls if you can & let your family members know to do the same.
