Calling for someone leaving messages that doesn’t live here.  Saying they’re going to go to their job and serve papers.  They don’t leave a name just this contact number 888-803-3614.  These called are very frequent.

Sounds like a "Fake Process Server" scam. (Real process servers will not tell people they are going to server papers, they just show up with them.)
Since they are not asking for you or someone in your household, it is very likely they are using old information about the person they asked for.  Your current number may have once been assigned to that person or someone they knew (they will also call relatives, friends, current and former employers in an attempt to embarrass the person into calling them to stop the other calls).
Your best course of action would be to block the number (letting it go to voicemail, which you can delete later without listening to it) and ignore them.  Do the same for any other number they may call from.  After a while the calls will stop, since they are not getting any responses.
