This is the "You've been served scam"  The number above is for their "Legal Office".  This is a scam and they are just trying to scare you.

It starts with a call from a "Local Number" that is spoofed.  The person leaves a message saying you are subject to Civil Litigation and you are given a "Case Number" (typically CV and a couple of digits or a 6-8 digit number).  They will claim your case is out of (insert random country) in the US.  Finally they will say that you are scheduled for "service" and you must contact the "Firm" within the  next 24 hours or your case will be listed as "Dodging Service".

This is most definitely a Debt fraud scam.

Defintley a acam these people are talking about bankruptcy things that have been dismissed since 2001!! They want you to pay like 67% if a total i just laughed and said no i wont be paying anyone anything and ut would be in the best interest of your"company" to stop calling my number!!!

I agree they just tried scaring me and saying i owe court cost and then said ITS NOT IN COURT YET BUT ITS GOING SOON I JUST LAUGHED IT OFF

This is a scam, this person will call you with all your information including the last 4 of your SSN, DOB, current address and previous address. He makes its sounds legit and says all collection documents were sent via mail and now this is a last chance to settle out of court ask you to pay.

They said i owed an old debt and if i didnt pay $2500 over 2weeks it would be for the full $15,800 i according to them

Did they say they were universal solutions group? I had the same thing happened. And way too many red flags
