I have never heard of these people. Beware because some how they got a hold of my debit card # and took money out of the account. If you try to go to their web site Homecashflowpro.com it does'nt existo or you can't get to it. However, If you call the phone # someone does answer but they are closed on the weekends.

$69 dollars and change from a credit card account!  Called the phone number and supposedly got a "refund code" from them ... we shall see.  I've cancelled the card and reported the charge as fraud.  BTW, they never called ...just slammed the charge into the account.  They say they are a "third party billing agency" but could not provide any information about the merchant that supposedly put the charge through.

They got me too!  I have cancelled the credit card and stop payment on the $69.62 payment.  It is time to get the police and FBI involved with this fraud.  I will be calling the authorities, and let everyone know how it works out.  Good Luck to us, and shame on you criminals trying to be steal from working people...

Same thing just happened to me. $69.87 was charged to my credit card on the September 12th. Just called and cancelled my credit card. The description in my statement was under  "Billpay 888-8037672".

This so called business with the phone number some how got my visa# and charged me for bill pay of $69.87.  
I have not used this credit card in awhile except at a restaurant recently.
Now I have to call them to see how they did this and cancel my card.
These people need to stop taking other people's money and earn their own.

Please update us, if the authorities helped you with this fraud.

Yes......$69.87 off my debit card!  How did they get my number??  I called the "third party" number and supposedly got a refund and a certification # so hope I get my money back.  Whoever does this is such a puke!

I sa an unauthorized charge on my credit card for $69.87 fromm BILL PAY 888-803-7672.  Called the number and they state they are just a payment service and can not tell me who the company is that is charging my account but said they would issue a refund - doubt it!  Cancelled my credit card .....what a pain!

A bill pay 888-803-7672  withdrawal on my debit card.  Cancelled my card and filed a claim with my bank.  What an inconvience for me.

Same thing happened to me $69.87..for a supposed bill pay. When I called the number I was also given a refund confirmation number. Now asking my bank to cancel my card and to see what I need to do about stopping payment for this transaction. When I asked the gal on the phone what the name of her company was she said its called "third party customer service". Sounds like a bs name to me. Now I get to spend extra time trying to refute the charge and get the money back. Scammers need to get real jobs like the rest of us. Oh, and if anyone has figured out where this company is getting our card information from please let us know!!

I just found out that 69.87 was charged to my credit card account with out my permission with the number 888-803-7672. I called the credit card company closed my account. What a headache.  Why can't people like this get out and get a honest job!  That would be too too easy....Lets hope they get caught and shut down for good.

I got an unauthorized bill on my Visa card on 10/27/12 for $69.87 which seems to be the magic number. I have never heard of these people. Someone needs to stop this fraud.

I noticed on my Sept. 28 to Oct. 29, 2012 credit card statement a transaction that neither I nor my wife made.  We keep all the receipts for everything.  I called the number BillPAY at 888-803-7672 and they told me that they didn't know what the transaction was for.  They said it is set up as a reoccurring amount to be charged to my CC monthly.  Thay said maybe you purchased something on QVC or maybe you joined a membership somewhere.  We did not.  They said they will close my account at BILLPAY.  I told them I never opened an account at BILLPAY, but somebody did.

I then went to the internet and in the internet browser I typed in the phone number 888-803-7672.  I got a bunch of sites where people were complaning that they were charged 69.87 from their debit account or CC account.  There were over 30 complaints that all said the same thing that happened to us.  All said the same thing that this BILLPAY charged them 69.87, but couldn't tell them what it was for.  Try it in the web browser yourself, type in the phone number and read all the complaints from all the victims.

I did not get a call but received a charge of $69.87 on a credit card I rarely, if ever, use.   The bank had called me about possible fraud.   The card has since been canceled.   The strange thing is I had only just activate the card a week before the fraud charge.   There were 2 charges at the time but I don't know about the other one.   It was for $39.??          Someone on the inside????? or hacker into the system???
Bank is researching.
