Scam company, calling and making threats about 'escalating' a file to what sounds like some stupid authority or court. They will text you, leave multiple messages, they may harass your employer or relatives. They are SCUM!

An unidentified company calls and texts about some crazy account and has tried to scare me into calling with a file number or they will arrest me. And turn my info over to the authorities.

 Trying to use scare tactics and say that if I don't contact them that the file will become corrupt. Refuse to return their call or click one of their links.Definitely spam.

That is a pretty empty threat, since that "file" is already "corrupt".  They are scammers and that "file" does not exist.
Just ignore their calls - Block the number(s) they use and delete any voicemails.  If you do not respond, they will give up on you after a while.

Text from 254-863-8826 warned about escalation and provided this 888 number. Letter came via text from Touchmark Solutions Group, tsgrouponline[dtt]com, 4500 Williams Dr., Ste. 212-218, Georgetown, TX 78633, a UPS Store PMB, and the letter mentioned 888-661-6994, which has also generated 6+ posts on 800notes. Website started 1-1-2026.

Text telling me to contact them at 888-803-8054 but the text came from 210-236-0879. Says documented on behalf of T.S.G.  Whatever that is.

Got a text from 210-236-0854 talking about that to prevent negative action on my file I need to contact 844-515-3997 and give a file number. These scammers must think I was born yesterday. Both numbers are blocked.
