Received robo call from number stating to call back an reference Rgy3797. Called back an they stated I had a bad debt from 2013 for an online pay day loan in the amount of $1,350. They were willing to settle debt today for $725 if not paid today would have legal documents overnighted to me with my court date to appear. They had the last four of my social, DOB,work information, work number and previous addresses as well. I told Matt Young I'd call him back. After getting the 6, yes you read that right calls to my work than the three to my home an now reading all the others post I'm glad my night can go better knowing I'm not the only one who had this experience.

They called from a local phone number with my name and left a ref# and the 888# to call back. When I called back they had the last 4 of my social and that's it. I told him I filed for bankruptcy 10 years ago and he said that they would no longer contact me and that if the customer EZ Cash (which I've never done anything through an EZ Cash) had any issues about mediation that they would contact my bankruptcy attorney. Total Scam!

7 years old would most likely be past the Statute of Limitations in most states.  Documents are not "overnighted".  They are either served in person or by certified, return receipt mail.  This process is etched in stone by the local Rules of Civil Procedure.  They would have to file at the courthouse prior to serving.

received this same recorded call.  number on call ID is a local number.  but VM left stated this 888# to be called back.  this local # is now blocked and so will the rest if they continue calling using different numbers

Abusive threat stating that I will be sued for a unpaid loan from 2014.

Fraud as I tried to verify the info they "Samantha" foreign accent hung up on me

Received a vm on 1/15/20  with a female statng my name and then a male voice leaving this long message like mentioned by others above.  The call showed up as a local number as well and it ended with the laws that applies to your state and they would act accordingly.  This had to stop.

Received a call just like the one from everyone else. I hate this because it makes very nervous and anxious. This is definitely a scam. They must send something in the mail. I hate these scam callers.

Received a cell like others saying to call 888-810-7501 about very time sensitive matter. Not calling because I feel this is a Scam

Just received a voicemail and then I called back. Saying I owe $1,110.23 to a place called Fast Act/Fast Loan (payday loan).... this is so ridiculous. Ask if the last four of my SSN and I didn’t confirm it. Barely understand what he said and some representative from a lawyer’s office and also stated that five notifications were sent. Please be careful

Recvd call 1/16/2020. Called back 888-810-7501 ref# RHF 546, guy answers stated the last 4 of my social. Asked me to confirm I refused,he stated that he just received 2 complaints in his office, I asked who from, stated he can not say unless I confirm last 4 of social. I disconnected the call. He couldn't even tell me who he was trying to reach. He also has a African Accent.

Same as the rest, robocall, urgent matter, legal involvement, all pertaining to a Payday loan I didn't take out.  Definitely a scam.  Don't bother answering, just block!

Same thing keeps happening to me. Gets quiet for a little while, and then they call from a local number- and they keep calling. Leaving a robotic message.

The same exact thing happened to me on 1/21 that happened to you; With the exact same wording used to try to get me to call. This has scan written all over it! It’s annoying!!!!!

I am getting the same thing.  local number calls  then a VM is left via a prerecorded message telling me to call this 888 # back.  Message is verbatim as everyone else has stated on here.  I block the local number that called.  that last a week and then they call from a different local number again blocked it a week goes by and another local number calls all with the same messages.  i know this is SCAM but its so frustrating to keep receiving this calls over and over again.  My number is with the do not call regristry and i have reported spam numbers like these in the past to them but yet the calls keep continuing month after month.  down right frustrating!!!
