Called 4/28 @ 8:01 PM--said she had a call for me--had to wait maybe 2 minutes; said she was having problem with
the call--couldn't get "my party"--Finally said she'd "try again".  Wish I'd remembered that with collect calls, the operator
always identifies herself---wonder what that was all about???????????????

They keep calling my fax number (which is published). I have no dealings with them so must be soliciting also.

Called this morning asked specifically for me and my husband. I asked who this is what company they are with and than they said they couldn't tell me. Really, get out of here with that nonsense and unprofessionalism. I hung up. I do speak to unscrupulous people on the phone.

they have called my office number 4 days in a row, 3 times a day.
I called back, got some English as a second language person No idea the fake name he gave me because I could not understand his thick Indian accent. Tried to get him to understand that 1. I do not have a mortgage or any other loan for that fact. 2. he obviously has a wrong number 3. he needs to take this number off from whatever list it was on.

apparently he does not understand English real well. So After explaining this nicely to him for about 10 minutes. I hung up and callled back.

Got another English as a second language person this was "Amber" (there are no Ambers in India) explained that 1. no one at this number has a loan or a mortgage. 2. I will not give my name, my ssn, or any other identifying information besides a phones number that they seem to love to call. 3. I then explained to "amber" that they need to stop calling this number. Then I gave her the speech from Taken, about being a man with a special skill set.
Amber said they will stop calling.

I will post tomorrow if they call back again.

What can I say about Nationstar that hasn't already been said?

My wife and I have missed one payment due to her having breast cancer; I am a disabled veteran and on a very fixed income.  They send robocall after robocall but when you try to call them back you cannot get to a live body without jumping through many hoops, and then they do not call you back!

If you really want to see what this lot is made of, go to the BBB's website, where they get a grade of "F" and almost countless complaints.

What kind of business calls at 8 am on a Sunday and hangs up?  After reading these comments, I called and it was Nationstar.  Nationstar just bought out my mortgage a couple months ago.  I called the number back, and it was them.

NationStar. A horrible company. Unfortunately Chase sold the servicing of our mortgage to this piece of crap organization. We have an impeccable, perfect record of zero late payments in 8+ years. Their contract allow a grace period of 17 days before the payment is ruled "late." But they start calling on the 2nd of the month to harass their clients that the payment is "late."

I pay online, and it usually takes a few days for the payments to post. I am not late. Your company is abhorrent. Ignore these jerks and pay as normal.

I was in the middle of a modification with Citi Mortgage and was making the trial payments on time. Then Nationstar bought my mortgage, removed the modification and wanted all the months of discounts plus thousands in fees paid in full which I didn't have so they put me in foreclosure and stole my house. I HATE THEM AND HOPE THEY BURN IN HELL.

I have a feeling the employees hang up because on their call log it will show they called and meet their quota. They probably know Nationstar is an idiot and payments not posted by the 2nd day of the month are not late so they feel stupid harassing people and instead they hang up. Maybe after the 16th they leave messages.

Scammer - do not answer - block caller.

This number, identified as "TOLL FREE CALLER" calls my home 2-3 times a day.  When I pick up, they hang up.

Repeated calls from this #, but nobody on the other end.

this is the rudest, most annoying mortgage company we have ever dealt with!!  In 5 years, we have made EVERY payment except 1 on time, yet they still call us and harass us long before the payment is due!  Consistently, I receive calls from them where I answer on the first ring, and then nobody says anything and just hangs up.  I am so FED UP with them that I am pretty sure I will be refinancing with another company just to get rid of their terrible customer service!

I have never been late but I get a call from Nationstar telling me that my payment due on the 15th, well today is the 16th and they wanted to remind me that my next payment was due on the 15th of NEXT MONTH, then thy asked me if I wanted to set that payment up, all I would have to do is give them my checking account number, I said yea right lets get right on that, then hung up the phone. They called right back and said I think we got cut off, I said sorry to here that, I then hung up again the third time they called back I asked them to hold while I finished what I was doing so I started to eat my diner about every three to five mins I would pick up the phone and tell them just a few more mins "all most done". I was able to keep them on hold for about 30min before I think they just hung-up. This is what I will do every time they call. I think I might try a 10min hold next time

My mortgage payments are due on every 1st of the month and I am current on my account. However, every 30th of the month, I get a call or two from them that I don't answer, since I'm not late. So, I am getting collection calls for paying on time??!! Go figure!!!

hey, this time i got a real person from India !  Claimed to be trying to collect on an old mortgage from the person who owned the number before i got it.

Told her i loved her accent and that i would like to meet up with her and have tea.

called again, this time a guy.  Told him also that he had a sexy voice and that I wanted to #$%^& his brains out.
