I got a call from this number there was a message that said that i had business with them and to call 866-364-6516 i called the number back and it said it was a company called PRG it is some sort of collection company

Please stop horasing me I paid my bill

Keep calling 3 times daily for someone that doesn't live here. Very rude people

Got a call on april 9 from Prg threatening me about a file.  They have been phoning me for over 2 years.  The company they say I owe, I paid off.
I paid a loan company on line on May 31 and they say I made a loan on that date.
Anyone that deals with loans online you know you can't make another loan again for 5 days so they can check and see if your account is still active.
The company said there data base had been hacked and not to answer any calls from this company.
I closed my other account they had infomation details on and still don't answer their threatening calls.

co wouldn't give name they weren't calling for me but some one used me as a reference said i didn't give anyone permission to use me as a reference. but someone she got rude and slamed the phone

This company is FRAUD. 888-814-8696 OR 877-394-5975 other number they use. They claim they are a collection agency, name PRG, they go by Premier Resource group, too and maybe some other names.
I keep telling them to stop calling me... I asked them numerous times to send me proof in writing either by mail or by email and they still have failed to do so.
When you call the number you might get a recording of a lady., and yes it sounds real. But, again they are not., ask them for their business tax ID number and then you can look it up.
***  BE CAREFUL   THIS COMPANY IS NOT THE ONLY ONES DOING THIS. DO NOT GIVE OUT YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER UNTIL YOU KNOW FOR SURE THEY ARE REAL.

This company said they were suing me and to let them know whom my employer or attorney is. I never received a bill from these morons who are threatening me. The banks says on charge offs these illegal collection companies come after a person and threaten to sue them or whatever. Needless to say I make less than a person who is on ssi. My first obligation is to pay on a home, my second is utilities needless to say I cannot work any more hours or come up with any more money. Nor do I have the money or anything else to file a bk. Since I do not have a bill I have no clue whom they are. I just love it when they threaten me as I make it a point to report to FTC and the Dept of Consumer Affairs. It is illegal to make a threat last I knew whether it is over the phone or otherwise.

Once an account is charged off they cannot contact you through a third party collection company. This goes with the double jeopardy laws pursuant to federal laws. The original creditor charged off a bill and collected on there liability insurance. With that being said they cannot collect on any debt that is more than three years old. This is what Chase bank told me via the president of the branch. If the collector threatens you in any way it is to be brought up to the dept of consumer affairs in ones state, the ftc bbb and the public utility commission. It is illegal to leave a message with a ssn on a voice recording etc. If your number is on the do not call list and they call call anyone that goes against the laws of the consumers. Something is not right with these idiots as I told them that today. I told them if they ever called my number which is on the do not call list I would sue them as well as the puc and everyone else I would notify. I also told them to give me there address so I could turn them in as I have done with one who was calling me via cellphone from Verizon and it said Chino State prison on caller ID. The next company who did this was called CMRE with a caller ID from the DA of LA County. I turned them all into the puc and then to the local pd for making a terrorist threat over the phone in which to extort money which is considered as fraud. These idiots told me they wanted to know whom my employer was so they could garnish me. I wish them my best as they have to take me to court first and file a claim.

This company is calling me. I don't have any business with them.

They kept on calling me and they even found my husband's number and started harassing him as well. When I talked to the lady and asked her what's that all about. She hang up on me. I tried researching about the company and so far all I found out are people who experienced the same thing saying its a scam. I don't know where to report them so they can stop calling me and my husband. The only money we owe are from my school loan and we're never late on our payments.

Keeps calling and leaving harassing voice mails about someone else's account. When I called them to ask them to stop, agent got rude with me and hung up.

They keep calling me on my personal and business phone and telling me they are sending me legal documentation of a Civil suit against me.  When I phoned them back, they gave me some unusual name of a company they say I owe $510.00 for and that includes the court, pentalty and interest charges.  They would not tell me the original dept nor send me anything in writing.  I denied I owed it and gave them my attorny's number, told her I was filing BK and they can contact my attorny if they feel this is my debt.

I received a call from this same number 888-814-8696.. they threaten, harrasss and are rude and don't give you a chance to ask a question before they hang up on you! I already reported them!!!! I am glad I saw your post it sure makes me feel better that I am not the only one this number has called! they even called my sister trying to get information from her. I had other past due payday loans and they were more than happy to settle with me and accept payment arrangements! so that is when I thought this horrible call was very odd!!! plus I never got a letter or notice from this so called PRG Group! May they fry in hell!

Called me twice this month and said they have a civil complaint filed against me. They are in for a rude awakening.

They need to stop... I owe them nothing and I never have.

They keep calling my work and it is a recording, they are now calling my in laws and they are very old and their number was never given out....how do I keep them from calling, I owe nothing...just frustrated...:(

THis company keeps calling saying they are going to contact my work if i dont contact them back.  I work for a temp agency and its annoying.  I dont even know who they are they need to stop calling me

They say they are sending someone to serve me papers at work every time they call.

Sure it's a scam so next time they call, tell them your still waiting at work for the paperwork, or tell them you'll come and pick it up. Try not to laugh too hard when you say it.
