Its a scam dont do anything just ignore them, they are scammers, if you search for them on ripoff report you will see what they do, dont give them any info, you will lose money. They are a fake company just trying to get you to give them money.  They will first tell you that they are a lending mortgage company, and then they will tell you that they have loans that they are closing and they are in need of insurance, and when all is said and done, you will see that it is all a scam.

It's no scam I just closed 4 Term Life insurance policies using this program.  Get the right person on the phone to sell for you, they might of been interested yesterday, but you still have to interest them today.

Well I purchase leads from many different vendors like NETQUOTES and INSURE ME.  The problem I have with them is that there is a HUGE bidding war.  They sell the same applicant to many different agents.  Also if the client is not interested or found another agent to help them I wouldn’t get credit for the lead I purchased.  Citiwide has been keeping them exclusive so far, only a few i've come across who said their working with someone already, but not many.  They could of just been shopping around.   I’m in a small town and they generate for us about 25-30 applicants per month.  I’m able to write an application for home and auto almost every single time.  The only problem is that home loans take up to 30-45 days to close.  It is a numbers game so give it two months before you retire from this program, trust me it works.

    is this for real?

No this is not real, this is a SCAM SCAM SCAM, if you read all the BS faxes and paperwork that they send you, you will see that they start off by telling you that they are a loan modification company in which their clients are in need of homeowners insurance.  Then the next one will say that they know of clients who are closing their loan for refinancing and then once you give them your money, the final form which gives you the info where to get these "so called leads" it will tell you that: and i quote

"Please note that some of these applicants have been verified via e mail and some via the internet.  This means, some people are less than honest with us and their information may not be correct. "

How can they go from closing loans for their clients, to getting verification via email and internet???? dosent seem right now does it????

Our Austin, Texas office got the same unsolicited fax from them this morning (05/01/09). Very cleverly done. It is handwritten and signed with a name, and vaguely requests that someone call them back.

Legitimate businesses don't play games. They deal with you face-to-face. Or, alternately, provide clearly-marked communications with company letterhead and professional contact information. Never trust any form of communication if they won't provide something so simple.

Never pay someone you can't see.

If you feel pressured, you are BEING PRESSURED.

Im ready these blogs this is HORRIBLE PEOPLE!!!
Like anything in life if you don't work hard the results will be poor!Instead of blaming another company for your faults do research on the applicants to better your closing ratio. Make sense?

You have the ability to close anyone no matter what company you get your info from "Leads" I have had success with some of their business and some that were not so good...We as agents solicited everyday to those we feel have a need for our services and complaining isn't going to give a positive result nor money in our pockets.

if you decided to be sold a dream for the easy way than you have failed yourself. Our mind makes who we are! Food for thought?
