Be wary of callers with ”Indian” accent especially when they ask for date of birth before sharing info.
I kept asking why and he said he couldn’t tell me because of hipa rules.
Scary thing is he gad my home address although it was an old one.
Just let these calls go to voicemail and be very wary about giving DOB or SS numbers

Received a call from what sounded like a call center - a lot of voices and noises in the background. The man wanted “to verify my information for the order from Adapt Health for CPAP supplies. It seemed real for a minute because I do have a pending order. But the noisy background alerted me. He asked me to verify my DOB. I told him to give me the info he had and I would let him know whether it was accurate. He said HIPA rules disallow that. I told him I had never received such a call from Adapt Health and that I would call the company directly and speak to someone. He said okay and thank you.
