refunds@datamoneyonline.com    this is where you need to send an email to fight and get your refund back.  According these idiots, they "don't have to give you anything back as I didn't follow the program".  I asked what program as I didn't sign up for anything.  Then he proceeded to tell me that they could stop the monthly $47 charge.  I have filed an additional crimianl complaint with the FBI, go to their website and there is a link for Internet Crimes.  File the complaint.  I am meeting with an attorney to file a lawsuit against this dirt bag company.  Good luck everyone.

first go to your bank and fight it.  Secondly, file a formal complaint with the FBI Internet Crimes division at their webiste, FBI.gov, then file a formal complaint with your local Attorney General's office.

Attention to everyone who has been scammed by this fraudelent company. you can email refunds@datamoneyonline.com to get try to get at least a partial refund. It seems to help if you threaten a lawsuit. In addition, I stopped the monthly charges by calling this number: 877.546.8510.  If anyone has information on a class action lawsuit, I'd also like to participate.

    my email is jardam77@gmail.com

I was shock, when I found out that data money online took money from my account. When I call customer service to try to get my money back the said you have to email to refundsdata@moneyonline.com. That is no where to be found, they are scams, and I need to tell the better business bureau, and the District Attonery, and FBI. Yes I need help, I need my momey back.

What I did was file a dispute with my credit card after DataMoneyOnline.com fraudulently billed me 197.00 -The credit card did a 'purchase adjustment' reversing it so I didn't have to pay. I also contacted FTC.gov and filed an internet crimes complaint against Data Money Online. Now they tried to bill the same credit card 47.00 again this month, what nerve! -But I again stopped payment by filing a charge dispute. The credit card again said I don't have to pay. This time the charge appeared on the card w the phone # 888-817-2919 under the name DataDirect. I suspect these clowns will now attempt to bill me every month from now on, and I will in turn dispute the charge each and every month until they get tired of trying to rip me off. They are wasting their time billing me and will never succeed in getting a cent from me. I NEVER authorized any monthly billing from them for anything, much less a fake opportunity! Fight them all the way until they back down. I am certain the authorities will shut 'em down fairly soon just going by how many negative comments about them I have seen everywhere.

I just had to call my credit card company and dispute the charge also. When I called the phone number on my bill they told me I had to e-mail refunds@datamoneyonline.com and there is no such e-mail. I just lost my husband and my job and I really need this money. What a rip off.

You are absolutely correct - but most will be in the RIPPED OFF AGAIN category.

MOST PEOPLE will not take a minute to do an internet search
Most people will NOT READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Most will never admit there was anything they could have done to avoid this in the first place..

I too was scammed by these people, I called my cc company and they refunded the money back to my account, because I filed a complaint, but they ended up charging it back to me saying the merchant was fighting it. I called the only number I have to talk to these people and like all of you, I got a busy signal. My cc company is sending me papers to fill out so I can do it as fraud I guess. I just hope I get that charge taken off. If the people are legit, why can't you ever get ahold of anyone at this company.
