just got a call from this #. Said it was going to serve me with 24 to 48 hrs. ????

No, they didn't serve anyone except maybe a customer at the diner.  It's a scam.  Block it.

This is a common ploy by criminals masquerading as debt collectors who are attempting to extort money from people by scaring you into believing that you will be criminally charged, go to jail, lose your driver’s license, have wages garnished, be sued, and a variety of other variations on this,  all for an alleged or nonexistent debt.  One of the tricks they use is to call your work place, friends, or relatives repeatedly in an attempt to shame you into paying.  They also use the “process server” ruse who calls and claims he is going to serve you, but then says you could avoid it by calling another number.  Please not that process servers do not ever call ahead.  That way you can’t dodge them.

I received one last week and one this week.

They left message threaten to bring me to court within 24-48 hours.  It was a woman voice identifying herself from National Security Agency.  I called back, and a man Christpher Jacobson gave me my brother name, the one he must talk to.  I said I am not that person and ask him do not contact me.  He said he will bring me brother to court in 3 hours.  He asked for my brothet's number, which I refused to give.  He threatened me in so many ways.  IT IS A SCAM.  I plan to file complaint to FBI website.  More of us must do this together.  So upsetting.

this just happen to me they said they would serve me within the hour unless i worked out payment with them. i asked for validation of debt and proof of debt , and he got mad and said see you in court.  I'm so angry with this !!!!!!!

lmao they are NOT going to serve you. its just a stupid script dont even bother returning the call. they will stop after a few days. either your ssn has debt attached to it or you are connected to someone who owes a debt. its a scam

I just received a second call from 888.817.6857 looking to serve me at home or work. What can we do to stop callers like this.? This is a SCAM. The message is from Allison Hopkins who sounds like a grizzled old woman.

They keep calling and telling me the say bullSt.

The exact same person called me too saying exactly what they told you. I just got pissed and hung up.

It was an Allison Hopkins. She sounded nervous and left a message that they were going to serve me at home or at work within 24-48 hours.

Just got the call...and let me tell you I know every scam out there...they scare the crap out of people and make you sick - so you will pay them and the truth is your don't have a debt.  No one is going to call you and tell you that you are going to be served.  They just serve you with court papers.  Been there and I know...they sure did not call me.

Keep calling me saying the same thing.
