It isn't and that person posted back here in 2023.  Medicare will not call you unless you ask them for a call back.  Why is it so hard for people such as yourself to take the time to look that information up?

Yeah same here I wish these calls were illegal.

I get calls from this place and no voicemail is left it's irritating and always comes up as spam.

I have expierenced the same calls recently and when I did call back (with no answer or even a voicemail) it did give me a number to call back too which was an automated system for ohio medicaid (or what appears to be as such). They called me about 15 minutes ago only they let it ring twice before randomly hanging up and they only call around a specific time. I'm glad others have the same questions and are expierencing the same things. Before, I went and through myself into a loop.
