This is a scam there a collections agency called no process server calls before they serve you!

Scam saying I been summoned to court watch out

I recived a call yesturday, they wore looking for my one of my family they said they wore looking for her because she had a legal demand

Scam pretending to be an attorney's office, nobody calls you before serving you.

Claimed to be a process server; used legal nonsense words and an invalid case number format and requested both address verification AND for the person to make a statement (which would never be done to a process server).  Definitely not a server, probably debt collection.

same scenario as others reported. The caller left voicemail stating cook county processing center has a legal case pending against me and that they have tried to serve me a summons.  Such BS! Our FBI and/or local police need to aggressively pursue these TRUE crime scams (instead of political motivations pursuits)

I'm literally shaking right now.  Received a call from this number that they're sueing me for a credit card I don't remember having 19 yrs ago. I don't know what to do.

She left a message on my home phone, Carla with county (name of county not given) processer office stating legal case with a case number ending the call that I've been notified.   Then called my cell phone as well.

This is a legal processor. We are trying to reach you to get money.

Called sayin they had “legal documents” to serve to my father.....he passed away 2.5 years ago....SCAM!!!

I received a call from this number, guy (John Sterling or Sterly) claiming to have a summons and complaint to appear in court and that they attempted to find me at my home address but were unsuccessful therefore I needed to call them to get some information before going to look for me again. He mentioned my home address and last 4 of my social, but that info is easy to get by scammers like this.  FAIL!  Such BS...when you have nothing to hide, you have nothing to fear. NEXT...

if they are legal why are they impersonating POLICE OFFICERS. they were dumb enough to leave a voicemail pretending to be officers. already got a lawsuit in the works against them. they'll be gone soon :)

Great! Please tell us the legal name and business address of this caller so others can sue them as well.

I received the exact same call from " John Sterling" He said the same thing..last four of my social, my address, and here's what he said word for word "officers on standby for dispatch with a complaint issuing a summons to appear in court."
It freaked me out at first but then I thought Why would he call first? What an [***]!

Either a collection agency or a scammer. I am concerned that this guy has my address and at least the last 4 of my social.

I received a call from this number and some how they know my sisters address which they left on voicemail. I wish I could send a bullet through the phone to them!!!
