Voice call received - automated - said it was MAC calling about (gave first name then last name). Matter of great urgency concerning you and party mentioned. Return call immediately.  I called back using a different phone number than the call was received on. Asked name of the company that was repeated twice but couldn't understand first word - end was Account Center. Told them I must have wrong number - they hung up on me.

I keep getting calls from them stating I was listed as a point of contact for a Johnny Madrid.  I have called them back several times to let them know I don't know who that is.  He responds back well he left you as a point of contact to which I said "Really? So what is my name?".  He couldn't give it to me and hung up on me.  Annoying!!

This person keeps calling asking for someone who does not exist.

This is a company looking for people who “took out a loan” with Advanced America. I kept getting this call and my friend called them. It was from a “payday loan” taken out 7 years ago. She is disputing this.

These dudes make it seem its a legal or polive matter. Watch out its a scam

Received call at 11:15am with a recorded man stating they are MAC and to call 888-818-3580 and it is a important matter and if I do not call they are going to start legal proceedings. I do not owe anyone except my regular bills. I hung up on them as this is not even on my credit report.

Got a phone call from this number stating it was MAC on an important matter.They were trying to get in touch with _______. Failure to respond to them will result in legal action. Funny thing, we don't owe anything to anyone except normal bills. SCAM CALL!

This is a scam.  Call came in under an 515 area code.  I called them asking if they were the scam hotline.  "Click."

When you get what you know to be a scam call, just keep calling them back over and over again, tying up their lines and ticking them off.  If EVERYONE did this...just imagine.

This number calls and text me every single day.  They have even called my children telling them that I listed them as a reference for me. This "Mark Daniels" person is relentless and annoying! When I've spoken to him on the phone when he called my daughter, he mentioned that I took out a loan back in 2014, which is a lie and I paid it off with a bad check. I want to know how and why do they make this stuff up.  I told him to send me the information in writing and he told me that he couldn't send me anything because they sent something some time ago and couldn't do it again. Mark needs to be put up under the jail!

Mark Daniel's called said I was person of interest for then played a recording of someones name but never mentioned my name. Dont know how he got my number it's on the do not call list I am reporting him to attorney general.

I also received a voice mail from Mark Daniels. After reading these posts I will not be returning the call.

Left two voicemail messages (identical) stating they were calling from MAC & I was listed as a reference for <insert recording saying someone’s first & last name> & to press 1 or stay on the line. A short pause then a message stating I need to call 888-818-3580 immediately regarding a matter involving the other person.  The message data says the call came from 804-362-6059.

received a call saying failure to make payment will begin litigation and legal actions.
