It appears the website is for members who "pay-to-use" - for research, most likely, into ways to pry money from people.

Received a 2 page letter, one white and one blue, for survey. The envelope postmarked with Dallas, TX stamp and only my address on it (no identifying info on the sender). On the enclosed letter same type of "survey" invite. The company name in upper left corner is Preferred Access Network, out of Tinley Park, IL.

Per comments posted on BBB site, they have F rating, most likely scam, as over 150 complaints  stated so.
Will not respond or call back.

I received  the same "Letter" post marked Dallas Tx but the "Office" is in Independence Ohio. Also in the envelope was a survey for that tablet that I don't have to fill out before receiving it. Can we say SCAM?

i received the same letter as Tim. From Stephanie Greco.  There has to be a law against this type of scam. Mine claims its from Tinley Park Il. However the envelope was postmarked from n tx dallas tx.

Just got the same letter that everyone else is describing. The company is Preferred Access Network in Tinley Park, IL. Too good to be true! It is unbelievable that company went to so much trouble to deceive people.

They've up their game!  Now it's a letter on an official-looking letterhead for Preferred Access Network, with the same offer and phone number.  They even have a website with ten locations.  They are probably all part of the vacation-selling plan.  !

Pretty much the same here. Only my letterhead was from "Elite Access Network" out of Mandeville, LA. With a Dallas postmark.

I got the same letter today from Preferred Client Services out of Grand Rapids MI for the Free Android Tablet.  This letter was signed by Stephanie Grecco

I received the same letter and survey, only from Preferred Client Services, which is a company in Michigan, but postmarked from Texas.  I live in Michigan, so I wonder if they try to find local businesses to make it seem legit.  I checked the website for this company and it looks like a business that provides travel and entertainment services.  It was also signed from Stephanie Grecco.  I'm glad I saw the post above - now I know it is a scam!!

Received letter from Preferred Access Network in Tinley Park, IL 60477 offering Android Tablet if survey is completed. Of course table was not enclosed. Stephanie Grecco really gets around - This letter is headed to the garbage..

They are some type of bill collectors or hacker and some other scam

I got a letter in the mail from ( North Texas TX P&DC, Dallas TX 750, 31 AUG 2015 PMSL ) With a red USA FOREVER stamp dated for 2016 from New York City World Stamp Fair. It has no return address. It has two pieces of paper in it. One white and one blue. On the top right of the white page is a red P in a red circle and written under it is PREFERRED ACCESS OHIO in red. To the right of that in green ink is an address ( 5500 Frantz Road, Suite 110, Dublin, OH 43017.) and phone number (888) 818-5610.
The letter says.....

We would like to invite your household to participate in our marketing study and promotion. For your participation, you will pick up a FREE ANDROID TABLET COMPUTER on us.

Once you have received and tested your ANDROID TABLET, we ask that you complete the brief survey that we have inclosed and return it to us.

Whether you complete the survey or not, the ANDROID TABLET is yours to keep.

You are under NO OBLIGATION to pay, purchase or subscribe to anything to receive your tablet. There is no cost for shipping and handling, you simply pick it up.

The blue page asks me for my age and gender after listing my name and package reference number. Below that is a survey, below that it says that the company will not sell my information and below that is asks that the survey to be sent back into the Dublin address.

Upon my research of all the information I found the listed address to be for lease in a building in Dublin, The phone number to be linked to many other scams, the website is a bogus virus filled website to which there are numerous news articles and even a warning from the BBB about.

JUST THROW IT AWAY.
ITS A SCAM.

My letter head was Preferred  Access Network  based in Tinley Park Illinois . Signed by Stephanie  Grecco. This letter  is trying to get you to come pick up the android  tablet  and then take  it  home  and fill out the enclosed  survey  which by the way  is printed  on  Blue paper.

I received the letter from Elite Access Network Mandeville, LA postmarked from Dallas today. It has the blue and white pages talking about the free Android tablet. Signed Stephanie Grecco. Can you imagine having to sign all this BS... My name and address were even hand written. I could see how some could respond to this type of marketing. I drive by the address on my way to work everyday so I'm going to swing by to see if there is even anything at said address. When I looked up the address it lead me to Dudley Media Group of Nevada as the parent of this stuff. There was one "positive review" from someone you got the tablet with no trouble. I hope that was either someone from the company or someone testing out Lifelock's skills. Because even if there was a free tablet to get who in the world would trust it wasn't collecting all of your personal info you cycle through it. Thank you to all for reporting this foolishness!

I received that same exact information as vw. Thanks for the warning!!! # will be  blocked.

They call me 3 4 5 times a day!!! And I work over nite so I sleep during the morning. It's very disturbing to me. Please help me stop them.

Received letter today, also from Stephanie Grecco. The letter is from Preferred Access Network, Tinley, IL and is also survey for free tablet. No tablet included.
