- NicoleReceived a letter with this phone number on it today from Stephanie Grecco of Preferred Access Ohio (www.preferredaccessohio.com). It ask me to pick up a free Android Tablet computer to review and then send the completed survey to Preferred Access Ohio, Mail Response, 5005 Rockside Rd Suite 925, Independence, OH 44131.
- Jh replies to K zup| 1 replyIt's not a scam! I went and picked mine up yesterday. Given, it's a piece of crap, but i did get one, no questions asked!
- BetsyHello. I received a letter in the mail that I was chosen to be in a promotional survey. All I had to do was go pick up my 7" android tablet and fill out a survey about it but the tablet was mine to keep. I thought this was strange so I did a little research this morning and found all of these posts. They have not tried to call or send a post card but it is the same 1888 number listed above. I also looked up the company and found a non 1888 number... it was on www.preferredaccessohio.com (this was the web address on the letter) and then clicked on Contact Us. There is two listings, one for Independence, OH and one for Dublin, OH. I called the number for Independence 216-901-2727 and it was to a vacation packages place. This is yet another scam by these people.

- RC replies to JhI just received same letter from PAN and was signed Stephanie Grecco. Came out of Dallas , TX. Just curious, what state r u in and where did you have to go to pick it up? A legitimate electronic store( Verizon, Radio Shack, etc) and now what to you do with it besides just answer the Quality Scale Survey? I also have the package code/ reference no., tried calling the phone number and got a very generic "sorry cannot take your call now" message. Still sounds sketchy. Any help would be appreciated, have a great day!
