    Same experience as Pati above, except that their robo message must have started playing as soon as my answering machine picked up so everything before the word "service" did not get recorded.  All that came through was the part about me being "charged" for something followed by a number to call to get my money back.  Like a legit company would conduct all its business using this weird robotic voice when they've got entirely  human-sounding AI bots at their disposal now.
