Got a call from J Stewart said this no is from the Dept of Justice, Washington DC and said an Order and suit had been filed on me. Left 3 messages on my phone identifying they were from the Department of Justice.

Received call from a Christian Alonzo stating that claims and a suit had been filed against me. Phone number was blocked, but he left 888-821-2253 as a number to contact regarding the claims against me.

I have received these types of messages before, always including threats to show up to my home or work, and have never received a visit.

These people have been harassing me for a while now. Cell phone and work number. Shows unknown number but leaves this phone number.

I received a message from this lady Tricia today threatening to deliver documents due to allegations. I laugh, because they are full of it. I always google the phone numbers they leave. Nothing but a SCAM

i been off work on vacation and my boss called me and said some people came in my work and said they had papers to serve me and wanted the boss to call me and have me come in so they could serve me papers.. They told them to have me call them at 1-888-821-2253. so i called it and its a voice mail that i can't fully understand..

Really?  Because there are complaints across the Internet about this being a scam company.  Anyway, a real process server wouldn't call you at home or have your boss call you - REAL process servers just show up - and they already know where you live.  So I have to believe that if your boss was contacted by these people, they are scammers or junk debt buyers who try to scare you into paying a bogus debt.
