    Repeatedly call and leave message about installation - i have never contacted this company and they call 3-5 times a month about when they are coming for installation. This has been going on for over a year

    OPTIMUM…has replaced SUDDENLINK.  The robot that called me wanted me to approve a monthly payment and the last 4 numbers on the were one I haven’t used in years.  I called OPTIMUM and they said that they weren’t doing that.  I then paid my monthly bill since it was coming up using the regular card that I use.  They said that there were SCAMMERS!!!  I BLOCKED the number they use to call me on that number had a CALLER ID of SUDDENLINK.  I received another call using Caller ID OPTIMUM and this was Blocked.
