Does not trace back to anything when I run a reverse directory search.

A man by the name of "Investigator Tony Sarks" keeps calling and leaving message that it is imperative that I get in contact with him in regards to a case that I am involved with. He leaves 888-832-1002 as the call back number. I have not called back, I receive a few calls like this last year from another person using a different number, stating that I needed to turn myself in to my local police district for bank fraud.  From what I understand these calls may stem from Payday loans that may have been acquired in the past, which have been paid off.

I received the same message from Tony Starks as well, however, when I tried to call the number back it could not be reached from my calling area.
