Constantly calling my family telling them that if I don't call them that they're going to have me arrested for fraudulent checks and they have attorneys lined up. Have no idea who these people are. I don't even use checks and have never gotten a payday loan or anything.

this is the number that they told me to call. the company is called unified financial the woman who called me was named Miss Morrison a very rude woman. she told me that if I did not work something out with them that I would be arrested for bad checks when I started asking her questions she became really uneasy but she did tell me she was with unified financial and that her phone number was 888 832 2793 I believe all of this is a scam they called my mother yesterday and told her the same thing except it was a ms Rutherford. The number they called from is 850 780 0094.

Received a call early this morning from the number 256-279-8516. Asked for information and the lady said that they needed to talk to my daughter about charges against her.  I asked if this number was a good number to call her back on and she gave me the number 888-832-2793.  Knew at that time, it was a scam so grilled her harder for information.  Gave a court case that they said they were going to file but doesn't look like a true case number.  She gave me her name as Mrs. Roseboro and with further grilling she said she could not discuss anything with me because it was against the law.  But she did say it was from 3 years ago.  If this persists I am going to have to get my number changed.

The number 888-832-2793 Ext 212 Dennis Boyd - Called my father on his cell phone, how they got that number I have no idea with the same story. That I took out a payday loan, then closed my bank account. They are going to file charges and of course my dad freaks out, and calls me. I told him that its a scam, these people have been trying to get me to pay them for a BS loan for over 3 years. They used to harass me at work, but I don't work there any more. I quit, so they started contacting my family. Stupid people.
