Got a call for my BIL. They said he left this number for reference. When I asked her what processing center, she hung up. When I called back with a "reference number", it was "Central Plaza" and I was told it's a legal firm with regards to a civil matter.

I got a call from a local number from a woman who said her name was Vanessa and left this number and a reference number saying that I was going to be sued if I didn't call the 888 number. Then an acquaintance of mine, whose number should not be in any way associated with my name, got a call asking for me and saying the same thing and leaving the same number. They never identified a company, the only information that was given was the number they wanted me to call, the name, Vanessa, and a reference number.

Got a message same as Bo above.

Same as both above - 2 days in a row now. Yesterday they called me with my previous married name that I have not used in 13+ years. Today they called me using my current married name.

So this group called me again but it's the same people. They said they tried to deliver some certified documents but failed two times so I needed to call a "different company" who could then give me the information as to what it was. The number answered "central plaza" like so many of the other numbers on here if you search "central plaza." I'm pretty sure they're a junk debt buyer/collector. Can't wait to find out who these guys are so I can crush them with their FDCPA violations and get the FTC to shut them down.

Voicemail Script:
This a urgent message intended for (debtor name) my name is Ashley (dialer name). I am contacting you to discuss a matter that has been forwarded down to my office for the consideration of legal action including the filing of a lawsuit and a complaint with the court. To discuss these pending actions that may be filed against you, you will need to immediately contact the firm directly handling the file. Their direct line is ***-***-****. Please reference your file number ##-#####. This is a time sensitive matter for you. If they do not receive a response, they may be forced to proceed without your participation.

Complaint was filed on or around September 30, 2019 against Harvey Kane & Associates, which also or now goes by “Central Plaza.” Case was filed in United States District Court Western District of Michigan Southern Division (Case 1:19-cv-00791-JTN-ESC).

(Virtual Office) 3281 East Guasti Road, Suite 700, Ontario, California 91761.
I noticed this group likes to use “7th Floor” instead of “Suite 700.”

Potential businesses registered with this address:
AL ASSOCIATE, LLC (12-Digit SOS Entity (File) Number: 201913510465), Type of Business is listed as “accounting, record keeping and skip tracing.” (the only reason I believe this is a lead is because skip tracing is what debt collectors do), I don't have enough information on this one to verify if this entity and its manager are related to the same scheme.
