DVS/Westgate and a Mr. John Woods sent me a text, called my son and called me from three different numbers within an hour telling me I owe for a credit card that was issued 7+ years ago. I do not recall having the card. Woods stated that I will have to pay the debt or go to court. Then said I would. E served by a uniformed officer or they will take my assets, garnish my wages and take my vehicle that I listed. Had the correct make of the vehicle but I haven’t had the vehicle that long so 🚩. Next he tried to tell me they ran a thorough check to prove that I in fact had the credit card. I told him now it’s time for me to run my check. He said for what? I said to have proof that I didn’t. He said they will proceed if I didn’t call him back in the next three days. I said so will I. Bring it on!
