Just got a call from a Mr Jackson he wanted me to call him back with my address so he can serve me court papers for a old debt. I don't have a old debt...I think this is a scam

They called me today and called my sister in law. They say they are Alliance and gave me some claim number. When they call it always appears to be a local number.

this is a scam they said i have a payday loan debt the is not payed for.not so i have paper work that showed it payed in full...Thet would not give me their Co. address just a PO Box number

i keep receving calls from a 310 3560804 from a mr dominique white an investigator from Alliance all most lost my job because the message he left at my work

Scam for sure. They want all of your info but don,t want to give theirs. If your debt is over 4 years old and they haven't contacted you at all til now and you haven't contacted them most states won't even deal with it in court. Scare tactics and intimidation are not allowed under the law
